Today, U.S. Swimmer Bobby Finke won the Men’s 1500m freestyle final with a new world record of 14:30.67.
He became only the fourth swimmer to have defended the men’s title in the longest event at the pool and the first since Australia’s Grant Hackett in 2004.
The gold at the 1500 m and the silver at the 800m feels pretty good to Finke.
I think Bobby Finke is one of my favorite swimmers, and I like how he leaves it out on the pool for every event he swims.
