On Monday night, the Bruins played their third game of their six-game road trip against the LA Kings at Crypto.com arena. They defeat the kings 7-0 and extend their win streak to five.
Jake Debrusk had himself a game, scoring a hat trick (12,13,14). He scored his first goal in the first period with a fantastic shot that quickly went off Johnathan and rolled right in the net. Then he scored his second and third goals in the second period. Patrice Bergeron adds a power play (15th) off a shot from David Pastrnak to make the score 4-0. Then Taylor Hall scored a goal his (12th). A great shot past the goaltender's glove to make it 5-0. Finally, Erik Haula scored two goals on the power play in the 3rd period.
The team has been playing well so far on this road trip, and I believe that the bruins can make a run at the top 3 in the standings if they can keep playing like this from now on.
