The Carolina Hurricanes went to Edmonton on Tuesday night and beat Connor McDavid and the Oilers 3-2 in overtime.
Martin Necas had a goal and two assists for Carolina, while Shayne Gostisbehere scored a goal for the fourth consecutive game and added an assist.
Connor McDavid scored both goals for the Oilers. Oilers Goaltender Stuart Skinner made 30 saves in the game.
Carolina Goaltender Frederik Anderson made 33 saves in net.
After mounting a third-period comeback, Sebastian Aho scored the game-winner for the Hurricanes. He blasted a one-timer right past Stuart Skinner with 6.1 seconds remaining in overtime.
Sebastian Aho is one of my favorite players in the NHL and one of my top 10 best players on the league list.
