The Bruins went into the game against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday night and won 4-3 overtime, which snapped a three-game losing streak.
Matthew Knies opened the scoring for the Maple Leafs in the 2nd period with his (4th) of the season to give Toronto a 1-0. David Pastrnak tied the game at 1-1 with his (6th) of the season on the power play. After Morgan Riley put Toronto back in front with his (2nd), The Bruins went up 3-2 thanks to goals by Justin Brazeau (2nd) and Mark Kastelic (3rd).
In the third, Auston Matthews tied the game at 3-3, tipping the puck right past Jeremy Swayman with 1:17 left in the period.
Then, in overtime, Brad Marchand got his (1st) of the season, the game-winner, as the Bruins won 4-3 over Toronto.
