Pastrnak gets his 49th Goal, Bruins top Canadiens for 5th straight win


The Boston Bruins beat their long-time rivals, the Montreal Canadiens 4-2 at TD Garden on Thursday night.


Tyler Bertuzzi scored his first goal since being traded from Detroit to give the Bruins a 1-0 in the 1st period. Then, Jake DeBrusk scored his 24th Goal on a breakaway to make the score 2-0. He pretty much skated between two defensemen.


David Pastrnak Scored his 49th Goal of the season to make it 3-1 after Nick Suzuki added his 22nd on the power-play for Montreal to get them on the board.


David Krejci added his 16th of the season to make it 4-2 and seal the win. Goaltender Jeremy Swayman stopped 29 shots in the game.


The Bruin's record stands at 55-11-5, and they still remain on pace to break the league record of 62 wins in a season.
