Patriots signing WR Stefon Diggs to a three-year deal

Antonio DiCesare

On Tuesday, the Patriots signed former Buffalo Bills/Houston Texans WR Stefon Diggs to a three-year, $69 million max deal.

Diggs finished last season with the Houston Texans and suffered an ACL tear, which ended his first and only season with Houston.

When the news came out about this yesterday, I thought this was an excellent signing for the Pats. I have watched Diggs throughout his career in Minnesota, Buffalo, and Houston, and I believe this guy will help Drake Maye.

One of my favorite moments of watching Stefon Diggs was:

-        The “Minneapolis Miracle” catching the game-winning touchdown in the playoffs against the New Orleans Saints

With the addition of Stefon Diggs, playing alongside Drake Maye, Hunter Henry, Kendrick Bourne, and Rhamondre Stevenson, I can see an offense that will hopefully get points on the board in games.

Watch out for Stefon Diggs. He might surprise you.
