USC QB Junior Jayden Maiava needed to have a good game, and he did just that against Michigan. He was just fantastic, going 25 of 32 passing for 265 yards and two touchdowns. You want to talk about great performances, this kid delivered in a big way.

USC running back Freshman King Miller was a beast and ran all over the Michigan defense all game long, rushing for 158 yards and a touchdown. Trojans’ Wide receivers Makai Lemon and Ja’Koi Lane were outstanding. Lemon had nine catches for 93 yards and a touchdown. Lane had five catches for 35 yards and a score.

The USC defense had three sacks in the game and was able to stop Michigan in both the passing and running game. Bishop Fitzgerald made two interceptions to show a strong effort by USC’s defense. Strong effort by USC’s defense.

Michigan QB Bryce Underwood went 15 of 24 passing for 207 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. He struggled to find his rhythm and was unable to get out of the pocket when he needed to.

USC needed a big win, and they did just that.
