Celtics pull away in Game 6, beat Hawks for 4-2 series win


On Thursday night, the Celtics beat the Hawks 128-120 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA, for a 4-2 series win and advance to the eastern conference semi-finals against the third-seeded Philadelphia 76ers.


Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown led the way for the Celtics, with Tatum scoring 30 points and Brown with 32 points. Marcus Smart had 22 points and came up big for Boston during the entire game.


Trae Young had 30 points and 10 assists, but he had finished the game shooting 9 of 28 from the field.


Game 1 vs the 76ers will be at TD Garden in Boston Monday night
