Bruins cruise past the hurricanes in Game 6, to force a winner take all Game 7

Bruins defeat the hurricanes 5-2 in Game 6 on Thursday night at TD Garden to force a game 7 back in Raleigh, NC on Saturday. They really dominated the entire game, all four lines for the B’s were producing opportunities each time they were on the ice.

Brad Marchand got the scoring off to a great start with a wrist shot rifled right past the goalie’s glove to make it 1-0 just 46 seconds into the second period. Then Charlie Coyle made it 2-0 after poking in a trickling rebound off David Pastrnak’s one timer.

Erik Haula and Derek Forbort added third period goals before Curtis Lazar backhanded the puck into the empty net with 4:17 left to make the score 5-1.
