49ers beat NY Giants on Thursday night to move their record to 3-0

On Thursday night, the 49ers beat the New York Giants 30-12 for their 13th consecutive regular-season win dating back to 2022. They are now 3-0 on the season.

The 49ers offense has scored exactly 30 pts for a third straight game to start a season. They are the third team in league history to start a season 3-0 and score the same points in each game, joining the 2007 New England Patriots (38 points) and the 1936 Pittsburgh Pirates (10 points).

49ers Running Back Christian McCaffrey scored a touchdown in his 12th straight game, which ties a 49ers franchise record set by the Hall of Fame wider receiver Jerry Rice in 1987.

49ers QB Brock Purdy was outstanding. He finished the game going 25 of 37, 310 passing yards and two touchdowns.
