Brad Marchand and the Bruins won their third straight game with a 4-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks on Wednesday night.
Brad Marchand and Morgan Geekie each scored two goals. Bruins’ goalie Jeremy Swayman stopped 20 shots against the Blackhawks.
It was Boston’s third win in the past four days after beating the Montreal Canadiens 6-3 on Sunday and the Detroit Redwings 3-2 in overtime on Tuesday.
There are still many more months to play, and let’s hope they can get back into the playoff picture before the end of the season.

On Wednesday night, the Celtics win a close win over the Detroit Pistons 130-120 at TD Garden.
Jaylen Brown had 28 points with nine assists, and Kristaps Porzingis added 26 points and nine rebounds for the Celtics. Derrick White had 14 points and 11 assists. Payton Pritchard scored 19 points off the bench for Boston.
Cade Cunningham had 27 points, 14 assists, and nine rebounds for Detroit. Tobias Harris scored 27 points, and Malik Beasley had 23 off the bench.
It was their ninth win in ten games for the Celtics after beating the Miami Heat on Monday night.
