Bruins top Coyotes 5-3 to get back in the win column

On Saturday afternoon, The Bruins beat the Arizona Coyotes 5-3 at TD Garden thanks to a fantastic team effort.

The Bruins got a 3-goal lead in the first and second period. Goals in the first were scored by David Pastrnak (15th), Charlie Coyle (10th), and Kevin Shattenkirk (2nd) (Power play).

After the Coyotes got two goals from Clayton Keller (9th) and Michael Carcone (13th) to make it a one-goal game, Danton Heinen got a goal back for Boston (4th).

Then, Pastrnak got his second goal of the game and made the score 5-3, which sealed the win for Boston.

I thought the Bruins got off to a good start to open the scoring, but they need to play better defense and not let the other team get back in the game.

Hopefully, they can fix some things on defense and offense, especially on the power play.

Next Game:

Wednesday, December 13th

Bruins @ Devils 7:30 pm on TNT
