Patriots stay in the AFC playoff hunt with a win over Arizona

The New England Patriots beat the Arizona Cardinals 27-13 on Monday night football to stay alive in the AFC playoff hunt. The victory moves the Pats into the seventh playoff position and the final wild-card spot in the AFC. Yet it remains a very tough road ahead with four games remaining.

Running back Pierce Strong Jr and rookie Kevin Harris each had a rushing touchdown in the game. Harris scored the lone touchdown in the first half for the Pats. Strong Jr’s rushing TD helped make the score 27-13 in the fourth quarter.

Our Defense had to step it up against the cardinal’s offense. They had six sacks in the game. They also had an interception by linebacker Raekwon McMillan that he scooped in and ran for a 23-yard touchdown to make the score 20-13.

Next Game: Sunday Dec.18th @ Las Vegas 4:05 pm on FOX
