Patriots win in a chilly game in Denver thanks to Ryland’s 56-yard game-winning field goal

On Christmas Eve, the Patriots beat Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos 26-23 and earned their 4th win.

Bailey Zappe had an excellent performance against the Broncos. He went 25 of 33 with 256 yards and two touchdowns. Russell Wilson was able to match Zappe in the game as well. Wilson went 25 of 37 with 238 yards and two touchdowns.

Zappe played his best game of this season and his career. He showed me what a team leader should play and act like while playing in a game.

He needs to keep playing like he did against the Broncos, making intelligent decisions, shining in big moments, and not turning over the football.

Chad Ryland missed a field goal early in the game, but he did redeem himself by kicking the game-winning 56-yard field goal straight down the middle to give the Pats the win.

Let’s hope the Pats can finish this season somewhat on a high note in these last two games.
