The 4 teams that are playing in the tournament are Brazil, Argentina, Canada, and the USA, who all have qualified for Olympics this year. On Sunday, USA defeated Brazil 2-0, which was not an easy team to beat. The two goals were scored by Christen Press and Megan Rapinoe. There’s one more game to go against Argentina, which could deem the USA tournament winners for the 4th time!
The She Believes Cup tournament started in 2016-present and it is in its 6th year. The US women’s team has won this tournament three times (2016, 2018, 2020). If they beat Argentina tonight, it will be their fourth time winning the she believes cup trophy.
