Texas Longhorns beats Michigan in a battle of top 10 opponents

Texas Quarterback Quinn Ewers

Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers and the number four-ranked Texas Longhorns went into Michigan Stadium (“Big House”) and beat the number 10-ranked Wolverines 31-12. Quinn Ewers had himself a day, throwing for 246 yards and three touchdowns. Texas became the first school to beat Michigan and Alabama on the road in consecutive seasons. The only school to pull it off was Notre Dame in 1979 and 1980, with different quarterbacks.

Michigan Quarterback Davis Warren went 22 of 33, 204 yards, a touchdown, and two interceptions.

It was clear the Texas Longhorns are an elite football team and will be a team to watch out for during the regular season and the college football playoff.

Quinn Ewers is one of my favorite quarterbacks in College Football, and I see him as someone who can shine in big moments and is a true leader on and off the field.
